20 May 2007Well, I am another year older! Woohoo! Thanks to you all for your gifts and cards. I did very well, and am truly grateful! See one of them in action here. A busy few days coming up. I am off to see Girls Aloud tonight! Super. Tomorrow, the Maroon 5 and Sophie Ellis Bextor album comes out! Super Dooper! The eagerly awaited Oli Brown Band album is also due for release soon, but you can already purchase a 3 track CD from the website here Super De Dooper!
Put loads o new pics up today, so plenty to occupy you with. May is a busy bday month. It was Becs and Andrea just recently, they are below!

Oh my good grief.............where is the year going?! I know I said a similar thing back in January, but it is just flying by! So what have I been doing then. Well, let me tell you. I have been sorting and scanning some 5800 photographs and their associated negatives. Yes, it has been incredibly dull, but its done now, and hopefully will not need to be done again! I repeat though, it was dull dull dull, and it took ages! Around 15-20 seconds per print I would say. You do the maths!
Easter has now come and gone, and I have managed to gorge my way through a whole box of Lindt choco balls. They tasted good though. Circuit training is still fun. Not been for a bit though what with visiting my sis in Winchester and then Easter, but I think I do actually feel better for it! Woohoo! Put quite a few pics on the site, some of which are from back in the day, so it should raise a smile or two!
30 January 2007
Just a quick update tonight, as I am very tired from just completing my 2nd stint at circuit training. Please don't laugh too much. It was good fun, (honest) and Zoe is an excellent teacher. Although, contrary to popular belief, she never did actually appear on the Krypton Factor!
Put a couple of pics of Andrea and Andys new daughter Amy in the photo section! Class!
7 January 2007
Good grief, its 2007! Where did 2006 go? I will tell you, it just slipped away like a grain of sand through the egg timer of life. Anyway enough of that rubbish!
So how good was Casino Royale then?! Thats right doggie, it was ace! Maybe around 15mins long, but my what a cracker!
I do have to do some back tracking on my music reviews, which I know you all look forward to, as I am a music god. It would appear from a music point of view that The Feeling may just be the best thing to come out of 2007. It is a great album. I am also really enjoying the new Keane single! There is also some quality cheesy pop round at the mo, can't think of any of the names though, as all that is going through my head is the sound of 24 Klaus Wunderlich albums I have just digitised to the PC. Thats right, 24! Nothing like the 134 that I actually bought for £31! Yep, you do the math, I have 110 spare now. Give me a ring if you would like any!
So Christmas then. Big up to Mum and Dad for a great yuletime treat as usual. It was great to have Gma and Gdad along! Very funny! C & O joined in to, and it was quality, even though O's new girlfriend thinks Coldplay sucks (she is wrong wrong wrong) it was nice to meet her to, and maybe someday I will meet C's T?! Thanks to everyone for my gifts, I did very well!
New Year!!!Bob and Keelz and Jools Holland! A top night round your place, and again some very very funny moments from the whole team! Maybe Seth can actually push on till 12 next time. He is such a lightweight!
Just has lasagne for tea. Oh it was good!
29 October 2006
Just got back home from the Halloween party. Great fun!
I am now looking forward to an evening of ironing......Great.
28 October 2006
For those of you who check back on a regular basis to see what I have been up to, sincere apologies for the lack of updates.
Its been a busy ole year so far!Ok, cd's. Well I have to say that following on from the note below, The Feeling is now ranking up there with the best of um for this year, its quality! Just need to get Keane sorted now! Bought the Bluetones new one, its good, but not great just yet. Maybe it could be The Feeling all over again! Scissor Sisters. Oh yeah, its good!
I have finally seen X-Men 3. Its quite good, but the whole bridge thing is stupid. Anyway, any film from the last 4 years will be rubbish compared to Casino Royale that comes out in less than a month! COME ON!!!!!
4 years since Die Another Day? I know, its unbelievable!
Joanne and Mark have also given birth to Seth! Well Joanne did actually, and he is a good lad! Theres a picture of him right here!
Hello, I am Seth.....
21 June 2006
You've shot your bolt Stromberg. Now its my turn! I love Bond.
Anyway, enough of that.
The month is hurtling by. I have still not seen X-Men 3, it may even end up being a dvd job, but never mind. With this in mind, I will get the suggestion of Superman Returns in now! Any takers?!
Feeders best of? Class. Keane. Hummmmm. The Feeling. Hummmmm, maybe.......not the best month for music in my opinion. However, the Foo Fighters in Manc on Sunday rocked!! Check out the guest appearence on the pics page! The links have been updated too!
Yep, thats right, that is a PINK Streetka! 1 of only 8 in the world, signed by Sophia Myles and that is Jenny sat in it! Class, but not really my colour!
03 June 2006
I can't believe its nearly 2 months since the last update! Where is the year going! Unbelievable! Anyway, whats been going on then I hear you cry! Well, flippin loads! I have turned 30, Mark and Jenny have got married (and of course had a stag do!), Bec and I have had a fantastic bday party, and I have also spent what feels like an eternity copy old home videos to DVD. This really did take ages, but it was well worth it!
There are some fantastic pics of all the above events with a detailed review for each so make sure you take time for a look!
Dad has featured on JK and Joel's early morning show, twice, completing their game, but loosing each time. However, one winner did donate her tin of tuna to him. Nice.
Blue Evolution have laid down 4 original tracks in the studio now, 2 of which are online at (www.blueevolution.co.uk) and they sound ace, they even have the same cd availble to purchase, contact www.oliselectricblues.co.uk for information. Mention that you found out about him from me, and you may even get a discount, but probably not!
Ok, music. Well, I have bought Zero 7's new album, but currently it is now where near as good as the last 2. Lets be air though and give it time!? Snow Patrols album is good, and the Embrace album is really good. Tracks 4 and 7 rock out man! The Feelings album is out on Monday, and Keane is out towards the end o the month, so they are already on the list of next purchases! Oh yes! Anyone for Feeders best of? On the consideration list that one!
Emily with a wok on her head. Wok ever.

26 March 2006
It is now time for a friendly piece of information. Should anyone offer to take you to see Syriana, tell them you are busy. You must do anything possible to not see this film, it is awful. James, Keelz, Pete and I had the misfortune of spending 2.5hrs with it yesterday. Rubbish. Pete and Keelz dropped off, Bob also had a little shut eye. I wanted to drop of, but could do nothing but shuffle around for the whole duration while sitting on the most uncomfortable seat in the world. Its official, the Odeon in Hull is well due for an upgrade. The roof also leaked resulting in about 4 people having to move to save them being wet!
Apart from that, all is well thanks!
19 March 2006
I am tired today, good night at Gavs yesterday! Just had a lovely meal at Mcdonalds for tea! Yum!
18 March 2006
What a glorious day! Just had my hair cut. Looking good! I have finally recovered from my arctic expedition!
Goldfrapp still rocks!
14 March 2006
Like most people, I should be at work right now. But I got stuck on Garrowby Hill. I left home at 7.10. I went to Garrowby and back and arrived home just after 9 after some very helpful Police pushed me and 3 others off! So that was nice!
Thats my car is that, actually on Garrowby!
13 March 2006
Its stopped snowing! However, its now flippin freezin! I am sat here in my coat waiting for the waffles to be cooked. I am really tired today. Had wind at my window all last night, so am really ready for a good nights sleep! Bring it on!
12 March 2006
Its snowing!
After faffing with this website for the best part of 3-4hrs and continually listening to Klaus Wunderlich, I can confirm that he most certainly is the King of the electronic organ! The Baby Elephant walk is especially good!
5 March 2006
I have just bought
the latest Goldfrapp album. It rocks
I have just bought the Corinne Bailey
Rae album. Its ok
I have just bought the latest Royksopp album. I have not
listened to it yet........In my poptastic opinion, the last one was good....
Q: Where was I for so long?
A: Well, no where really. You know, around. However, the more diligent among you will have realised that the site has not been updated for a dogs age. Well, since around July 2003 for those of you taking notes!
For those not so diligent, let me bring you up to speed. The site has not been updated for a dogs age.
That was then, and this is now!
Its going to be much the same as last time really, but with a whole new spangly look. And, this is the best bit, it will be updated (quite) regulary! Some of the old favourites will remain, such as the first pics and the weddings, and some weddings that have taken place since 2003, but there will be extras as well, like whole new sections!
Navigation is on the left, so what are you waiting for?!
